Franchisee Proprietor

This business is run from Plot No 956 in the Laxmisagar area of Bhubaneswar. It is near the Budheswari post office and falls under the Laxmisagar police station limits. Being a franchisee proprietor means I wear a lot of hats. Some days I am doing the accounts and other days I am cleaning the front step. The office is situated in a spot that is easy to find if you know the Laxmisagar roads. It is a practical workspace with enough room for me and a couple of assistants. We deal with various service requests throughout the day. Bhubaneswar is growing fast, but this neighborhood still has a local feel to it. I started this place because I wanted to work for myself. It is not a grand corporate headquarters, just a solid building where we get things done. We have a lot of regular visitors who come by for different services we offer under the franchise. I don't believe in using big words to describe what we do. We just open the doors at nine, help whoever comes in, and close up when the work is finished. There are always challenges like power cuts or heavy rain during the monsoon, but we just keep going. It is a simple, honest way to make a living.
