Force Motors Ltd is over at Plot No 1440 in Gandamunda, which is in the Khurda district of Bhubaneswar. Our place isn't anything special to look at, just a solid building where we get our work done. The road outside can get a bit dusty during the dry season, but that’s just part of being in this area. We focus on the motor business, mostly dealing with parts and coordination for the local region. It’s a hot part of the country, so our office usually has the fans going full blast all day long. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture. Our desks are old, and we have calendars from three years ago still hanging on the walls because we just haven't bothered to take them down. People in Gandamunda know us, and we like the local feel of the place. We aren't big on marketing or trying to sound more important than we are. We just know about motors and we help people get what they need. Sometimes we have a tea break and just sit outside for a bit to watch the traffic go by. It’s a steady kind of life. We don’t use complicated software for everything; a lot of our stuff is still done with pen and paper because it feels more reliable. It’s just us doing our bit in Orissa.
