We are located in the Baramunda Housing Complex at M 18 in Bhubaneswar. It’s a well-known area in Orissa and we’ve been part of this local community for many years. Facilities Building Solutions Pvt Ltd is a pretty small team. We work on all sorts of things related to keeping buildings and facilities in good shape. It’s not just about fixing a quick leak here and there, but looking at how the whole facility is running. The office is right inside the housing complex itself, so it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have some files, a couple of old computers, and usually some blueprints lying around on the table. People from the neighborhood often drop by just to ask for some advice or to report a problem they've noticed. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team to go out and get leads. We just do the work we have and word usually gets around. Bhubaneswar is a growing city, and there’s always something that needs fixing or upgrading in these older housing complexes. We keep things simple. We aren't interested in trying to sound like a giant firm from the big city center. We are just local people helping out with local buildings.
