Down here in Bagdol Village, things move at their own pace. We set up Nk Cement Article because there was a need for good concrete work around Kathlal. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and getting our hands dirty with wet cement every single morning. We’re right near the post office, so everyone in the village passes by us at some point. Being in the Kheda district, we get a lot of local farmers and builders coming in. We don't have a big staff, just a few local guys who know how to handle the molds and the mixing. The yard is usually full of drying blocks and pipes. It can get a bit chaotic when we have several batches going at once. We don't really do much advertising because most people just hear about us from their neighbors. It’s honest work, even if it’s tiring on the back. Some days the weather doesn't help, especially when it rains and the cement won't dry. We just wait it out and start again the next day. Working in a small place like Kathlal Taluka means you have to stand by what you make. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the stuff we sell lasts. If you walk past the post office, you’ll probably see us out there working. It's been that way for years and we're happy with it.
