Hi- Tech Sales & Services

We are based out of Plot No.18 on Subhash Road here in Sanawad. Hi- Tech Sales & Services is basically just a small shop where we handle a bit of everything. People come in when something breaks or when they need a specific part for their machines. It isn't a very large place, but we have shelves full of tools and spare parts everywhere. It can look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is kept. Most of the morning is spent answering the phone or looking at something someone brought in to get fixed. We have been on this road for a few years now and have seen the neighborhood change a bit. The heat in Sanawad gets pretty intense in the summer, so we keep the fans running all day. We aren't really the type to spend money on fancy signs or advertising. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for parts to arrive from the bigger cities, but we tell people that upfront. We just want to do a decent job and stay busy. If you walk down Subhash Road, you cannot miss us. It’s just me and a couple of others working here most days. We keep things simple and try to help out whoever walks through the door with a problem. It might take a bit of time to find the right part, but we usually get there.
