Sarayu Transport

Sarayu Transport is situated at H No 6-6/3 in Mekalathanda village. This is located in the Singareni Mandal area. Our office is just a small building near the main road where we manage our transport tasks. It is quite dusty out here because of all the trucks and the local landscape. We have a desk and a couple of chairs where we sit and figure out the routes for the day. There is always a lot of paperwork to deal with when you are moving things around the district. We spend many hours on the phone talking to drivers and people waiting for their loads. It is not a glamorous job and the office isn't anything special to look at. We just need a place to keep our files and stay out of the sun. The weather can be very harsh so the fan is always on. We know the roads in Singareni very well and we know which ones are bad after it rains. It is a lot of coordinating and making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be. We don't have a website or anything like that. People mostly find us through word of mouth or by seeing the trucks pass by. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way. It is a steady life and we are happy to be working in our local community with the people we know.
