B.R.Transport

I operate B.R.Transport out of my home at H.No.9-1 in Bhukyaruplanayakthanda. It is a small thanda in Pulluru village under the Garla mandal. Since we are a bit far out, having a transport business here is important for moving goods to the bigger towns. I have a couple of trucks that I manage myself. Most of the time, I’m the one driving or checking the engines. It is a family-run thing, so my kids sometimes help with cleaning the vehicles or checking the tires. The roads around Garla can be pretty rough, especially when it rains, so we spend a lot of time on maintenance and repairs. We don't have a fancy office or any employees in suits. If you need something moved, you just come to my house and we talk about the price and the timing. It’s hard work and the hours are very long because I often have to start driving before the sun comes up. I’ve had many nights sleeping in the truck cab while waiting for a load. We aren't a huge logistics company, just a local person with some trucks trying to make a living. Things don't always go according to plan, like when a tire blows or a delivery is delayed at a checkpoint, but we just keep going. It’s a basic life, but it works for us here in the village.
