The college is located within the Rizvi Educational Complex in Karari, Kaushambi. The pincode is 212206. It’s a bit of a journey to get out here if you’re coming from the main city. The complex is a large area with several buildings. Our engineering wing is one part of the whole setup. It’s a very functional environment. There are labs with a lot of equipment that needs constant maintenance. The classrooms are filled with wooden benches and whiteboards. You see students walking between the buildings with their bags and books. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except for the sound of people talking in the hallways. We have a staff room where we sit and go over the day’s plans. The office handles the admissions and the exam schedules. There is a lot of paperwork involved in running a college like this. The grounds are kept as neat as possible, but it’s a big job. In the summer, the heat in Kaushambi is quite intense. We have fans in all the rooms, but it’s still a struggle sometimes. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. It’s all about the labs and the lecture halls. People come here from the surrounding districts. It’s a place where people work hard and try to get through their courses. There’s a canteen where everyone meets up for tea. It’s a very ordinary, hardworking sort of place.
