You can find us in Paschim Sarira, which is over in the Sirathu area of Kaushambi. Kamal Singh is the one who helps coordinate things for the Chandraul Farmer Producer Company Limited. We are a small group of farmers from this part of Uttar Pradesh. Most of us have been working these fields since we were kids. We don't have any corporate training or big business ideas. We just know how to grow things and how to work together when the harvest comes in. It’s a simple setup we have here. We talk about the crops, the tools, and who’s going to take the loads to town. Sometimes it’s a bit disorganized, but we always get the job done eventually. We aren't here to impress anyone with big words or polished stories. We are just real people living in Kaushambi who want to make a living from the land. It’s hard work, and the days are usually pretty long, but it’s what we know. Being part of this group helps us share the load a little bit. We just keep our heads down and focus on the farming. That is really all there is to it. No more, no less. Just us and the land in Paschim Sarira, trying to make things work year after year. It is a decent life for us out here in the village.
