Bhagwatpur Agro Producer Company Limited

Our operation is located at Number 1, Pawan Kaushambi. It’s the spot where we manage all the work for our agro producer company. Kaushambi is our home, and most of us have been working in these fields since we were kids. The office we have is very basic, just a few chairs and a big wooden desk where we keep our notebooks. We don’t use any high-tech systems for tracking things. We just write it down and make sure it’s right. Most of the day is spent out in the sun, checking on the crops or talking to the other farmers in the area. We have to be careful about the water supply and the quality of the seeds we use. It’s not a fancy job, but it’s important to us and our families. Sometimes we have a lot of people crowded into the office at once, especially when it’s time to settle the accounts. It gets a bit loud and messy, but we always get it sorted out in the end. We don't have any big missions or fancy talk. We just want to make sure the work we do in the soil pays off so we can keep going next year. The roads can be pretty bad, so getting things to the market is always a bit of a gamble. But we’ve got a good group of people here and we look out for each other. That’s just how we do things in Kaushambi. It's a long day every day.
