Jk Cement

Badera is a quiet enough place most of the time, but around Shiv Nagar it picks up a bit. We are situated right near the Syndicate Bank, so there’s always people walking past our door. Jk Cement is just the name on the sign outside. Inside, it’s mostly just stacks of stuff and the smell of heavy bags. We’ve got a small space here, and it gets pretty cramped when a new delivery comes in. My clothes usually have a bit of dust on them by lunch, but that’s just part of the job. The bank being so close means we see a lot of the same people every week. We might wave or just nod while we’re busy. It’s not a fancy office with air conditioning and glass walls. We just have some old wooden tables and a few calendars pinned to the wall to keep track of the dates. The light in the back room flickers sometimes, and we keep meaning to fix it. Shiv Nagar has its own rhythm, and we just fit into it. We don't spend money on big advertisements. Word of mouth works well enough around here in Badera. We just show up, do the work, and go home. It’s a practical life. Not much more to say about it. It’s just a local business doing what it’s supposed to do.
