Mithila Public School

Our school is over in R. B. Nagar, in the Bhadreshwar area of Forbesganj. It’s a bit of a walk from the main center, but it’s a good location for the families living out this way. We’ve built this place up slowly over time. It started quite small and has grown as more people moved into the area. We don't have any big corporate backing; it’s just a local effort by people who live here. The rooms are basic, and we use what we have to make sure the kids have a decent place to sit and study their lessons. You’ll usually find us here from early morning until the late afternoon. There’s always something that needs doing, whether it’s fixing a broken desk or sorting out the paperwork for the state boards. We focus on the core subjects and try to make sure the kids understand the basics before they move on to higher classes. It’s quiet out here compared to the middle of town, which helps the students with their concentration. We have some trees around the perimeter that we planted a few years back, and they’re finally starting to give some real shade during the summer. It's not a perfect place, but it’s our place, and we take pride in keeping it going for the kids in Forbesganj. We just take things one day at a time and try to be helpful to the parents who trust us.
