Marks Esel

Marks Esel is tucked away in Lane No. 8, over in Phase No. 1 of Igc Sambha. We are actually quite near the Jammu Tawi Station, so we hear the trains coming and going throughout the day and night. It’s an industrial sort of area, so there are always trucks moving materials and people heading to their shifts. Our space isn't anything special to look at, just a functional building where we get our work done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at schedules to make sure everything is on track. The lane can get a bit muddy when it rains, which is a bit of a pain, but we deal with it. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the station itself, which is nice when we need to focus. Most of the people working around here know each other, so there’s a bit of a community feel in Phase 1. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home like everyone else. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just us trying to stay on top of the daily load. It’s been our base for a while and it works for what we need. If you’re coming from the station side, it’s just a short distance into the industrial phase.
