We are the Kathua Sahara Jagriti Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited. Our setup is pretty simple, located right with Balvinder Singh in the Kathua area. We are mostly just a group of local farmers who decided to get together to make things a bit easier for everyone. Kathua is where we live and work, so it made sense to base everything here. There isn't much to say about our office because it's just a regular place where we meet and talk about the crops. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, you'll find someone sitting around talking about the rain or the price of seeds. Being a farmer producer company means we are all in this together. We try to help each other out with the agro work. It’s a lot of practical stuff, nothing like what you see in big business magazines. Balvinder helps keep things organized so we don't lose track of what needs doing. It can be a bit slow some days, but that’s just how life is in the fields. We don't have a long history of being corporate, we just know how to farm. If you come by Kathua, you won't see a big sign with lights, just us working. It's a local thing for local people. We focus on the soil and the plants more than anything else. That is how it has always been for us. We just keep working the land day after day.
