Honavar is a beautiful area, and being in Gaddemane means we are surrounded by a lot of greenery. The building we work out of is basic but functional. We don't have any flashy signs or marketing materials lying around. We just have our workspace and the tools we need. Most of the people around here know us by name, so we don't need to do much to explain who we are. We spend our time managing the daily tasks and making sure everything is in order. It’s a quiet life, mostly, but there’s always something to be done. We deal with the local logistics and keep our records as best as we can. It’s not about being the biggest or the best; it’s just about doing what we do every day. The rain can be heavy here during the monsoon, so we spend a lot of time keeping things moving.
