St Impex

St Impex is situated at No. 43/1 in Lic Nagar, specifically in the Gandigrama South area. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, which is nice when you’re trying to concentrate on export documents. We handle various types of trading and shipping from this office. The space itself is functional, with just enough room for our equipment and the files we need to keep. We’ve been operating out of Gandigrama South for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the place. Some days are slow, while others feel like we are constantly chasing after deadlines. There’s always a container somewhere that needs tracking or a supplier who hasn't sent their invoice yet. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated processes; we just do what needs doing to move the stock. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that's just part of working around here. We try to be honest about how long things take because shipping is never as fast as people want it to be. The local tea shop is where we usually take our breaks. It’s a simple life, focused on the nuts and bolts of the impex business. We don't put on any airs about being a big corporation, we are just a local office doing our part in the trade. That is how we have always done things.
