Muthu Exports & Imports

This branch of Muthu Exports & Imports is located at No. 65/7 in Periya Panaiyur. It is a bit different from being in the middle of a big city, as things are a little more spread out here. We spend our time managing the flow of goods that come through this area. The building at No. 65/7 is our main base for this part of the operations. We have been working here for a while and the locals all know who we are. It’s not a place with a reception desk or a waiting room. You usually just walk in and find us at the main table with the ledgers open. Periya Panaiyur is a place where people value hard work, and we try to live up to that every day. We handle the paperwork for the exports and make sure the imports are stored correctly before they move on. There isn't much to see other than some boxes and the tools we use for packing. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just write down what we have and where it needs to go. It’s a basic business but it’s ours. The sun gets pretty hot on the roof in the afternoon, but we stay inside and get the manifests finished. Every evening we lock up and do it all over again the next morning.
