We’ve been here at 35/3, Esanatham Main Road for a good while now. It’s a busy spot in Rayanoor and most people around here know where we are. Dealing with trading and general supplies keeps us busy from morning till evening. It’s not fancy, just a regular shop where we get things done. My brother and I started this because there wasn't much else around that handled these specific items. We spend a lot of time organizing the stock and making sure the inventory is right. Sometimes the dust gets in from the road because the traffic is constant, but you get used to it. We don't have a big team, just a couple of guys who help with the loading and unloading. Most of our day is spent talking to people who drop by or taking calls from regular customers. We try to keep things straightforward. If we have something, we tell you, and if we don't, we tell you that too. It’s better than making people wait. The building itself is old, but it serves the purpose. We know the neighbors and they know us. That’s how business goes in a place like this. We don’t really do much advertising because word of mouth usually brings people in. It's practical work and it keeps the lights on. We're just trying to run a decent place here in Rayanoor without too much fuss or complicated stuff.
