Sandeep Gandhi

Sandeep Gandhi operates out of the Jaypee Cement Grinding Unit over in Khukhrana village. If you know the Panipat area, you know it is a bit of a drive out to Assan Kalan where the post office is. Being based at a cement unit means things can get a little dusty around here, but that is just part of the job. We are mostly involved with the daily operations and whatever Sandeep needs to get done on the ground. It is not like a fancy city office with glass walls. It is more about being where the actual work happens. The village of Khukhrana is quiet for the most part, except for the trucks moving in and out of the grinding unit. We spend a lot of time coordinating things and making sure the paperwork for the unit is in order. It is a long day usually, starting early and staying until the last shift change. Panipat is known for its industries, and being part of the cement sector keeps us pretty busy. We do not really have a big staff, it is just a small team working alongside the factory setup. Sometimes we have to head into town for supplies or to visit the post office in Assan Kalan, but most of our time is spent right here at the unit. It is practical work, nothing too complicated, just making sure everything runs like it should day after day.
