Mohar Singh Dari Mal

We've been here at the Main Bazar for quite a while now. My name is Mohar Singh and the shop is Mohar Singh Dari Mal. People around here know where to find us. It’s a busy spot, mostly other metal merchants around, so there's always noise and movement. We handle all sorts of metal stuff. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular shop where we get the work done day in and day out. Sometimes the traffic in the bazar gets a bit much, but that’s just how it is living and working in this part of town. We keep things simple. You walk in, tell us what you need, and we see if we have it or can get it for you. It’s an old way of doing things but it works for us and the folks who come by. There aren't many frills here, just the metal and the tools and the counters. We spend most of our time organizing the stock or talking to the people who stop in. It’s hard work, getting your hands dirty and dealing with heavy materials, but it’s what we know. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just stay open, keep the shop running, and make sure we’re here when people need a metal merchant in the market. It’s a bit dusty, a bit crowded with supplies, but it’s our space and we’ve been at it long enough that the routines are second nature to us now. We just take it one day at a time.
