Jnta Daba

We have been here on Railway Road in Panipat for a while now. It gets really busy around here because of the station. People are always rushing to catch a train or just getting off one and they look hungry. Jnta Daba is just a small place, nothing fancy to look at. We keep the benches clean and make sure the food is hot. Panipat can get very dusty and loud with all the traffic, but inside it is just normal. We don't have a big menu. Just the usual things people want to eat when they are tired. My brother helps out with the cooking and I handle the front part. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use the lanterns, which makes it look different. We see the same faces every day, mostly workers from nearby shops and some travelers who are lost. The address is easy to find if you know where the main road is. We don't spend money on big signs or anything. We just open up early in the morning and stay open until the last train crowd goes away. It is a simple life here. We don't try to be anything else. Just a place to sit down for twenty minutes and eat something before moving on. The floors are a bit old and the paint is peeling in the corners but the food is okay.
