This is Computer Hardware And Networking. We're out in Vill. Rattakhera, which is part of Safidon in the Jind district. Rishi Prakash runs things here. It's a small operation, really just a local setup to help people with their tech stuff. Out here in the village, people don't want to travel far just to get a network cable fixed or a router set up. So, we do that. We also look at hardware issues. If a PC is acting up or won't turn on, it ends up on the workbench. It’s a simple life. The room where we work is attached to the house. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood while we’re crimping wires or testing a motherboard. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. You just come in, tell us the problem, and we see what we can do. Jind can be a bit isolated, but we make sure people stay connected. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for a part to arrive from the bigger cities. People understand. We've known most of our customers for years. It's just about being useful to the folks nearby. We keep the tools clean and the workspace ready. That’s about it for us at Rattakhera. We don't have fancy signs, but people find us just fine by word of mouth. It's been that way for a long time now and it works for everyone involved.
