I have my workspace set up over at the Apollo Guest House in Panipat. It might seem like an unusual spot for an office, but it works out quite well for the kind of things I do. The building is a familiar landmark for many travelers, and that makes it simple to explain where I am located. I don't have a massive suite or anything like that. It’s just a standard room where I keep my computer, my files, and a couple of chairs for when people come by to talk. A lot of my day is spent digging into financial details and trying to make sense of various records. It is the kind of work that requires a lot of focus, and being tucked away here allows me to get things done without too many interruption. The atmosphere around the guest house is usually interesting because you see people coming and going from all over. I’ve been here for a while now, and the routine has become very steady. When a client walks in, we usually just get straight to the point. There isn't a lot of small talk or formal procedures. I just take a look at what they’ve brought in and we figure out the best way to handle it. It is a very practical arrangement for me. Even though it is a simple office, it has everything necessary to keep the business running smoothly and help the local people with their financial questions. It gets the job done.
