Sant Baba Nidhan Singh Ji Public School

We are located in the Kartarpur Rural area, right in Kartarpur, Jalandhar. The school is named after Sant Baba Nidhan Singh Ji, and we’ve been part of this community for quite some time. It’s a quiet spot, away from the heavy traffic of the main city. The school building is a simple concrete structure with a few floors. We have a dirt yard in front where the kids line up in the morning before going to their rooms. The furniture inside is basic—metal and wood desks that are built to last. We don't have any big flashy signs or expensive decorations. The walls are mostly bare except for a few maps or posters. The teachers are people from around here who take the bus or ride their scooters to get to work. During the winter, it gets quite cold in the classrooms, so everyone wears thick sweaters. In the summer, we rely on the ceiling fans to keep the air moving. We have a small playground area in the back with a few swings that have been there for years. It’s a very practical place. We aren't trying to be anything other than a local school for the kids in Kartarpur. People know us by word of mouth mostly. We just focus on the daily schedule and making sure the students get through their lessons before they head home.
