Architectural Design Studios

Our studio is situated on the Hoshiarpur-Phagwara Road in Rehana Jattan. It’s a good location because we get to work with people from both towns. Architectural Design Studios isn't some fancy place with glass walls or expensive furniture. We’re in a simple building that serves its purpose. Most of our days are spent going back and forth between the office and various sites along the road. The commute can be a bit long sometimes, especially with the tractors moving slow, but we like seeing the landscape change. In the office, we have a couple of drafting tables and some old computers that still work fine. We drink a lot of tea while we look at blueprints. The light in the afternoons is really good for drawing. We mostly work on residential projects and the occasional small commercial building. People in Rehana Jattan know us as the folks who do the drawings. We don't really do any formal marketing or have a big sign. Word of mouth is how we get most of our projects. Someone likes a house we designed, and they tell their cousin. That’s how it’s been for years. We try to make sure our designs fit the local style but still work for modern life. It’s a balance. Some days are slow, and some days everyone wants their plans finished at the same time. We just take it one project at a time and try to keep things moving along for our clients.
