Hameed Driving School

We are located over at 59 Kalingarajapuram in the Nithiravilai area. Our office is just a small, simple room where we handle all the bookings and the paperwork for the driving lessons. To be honest, we are hardly ever in the office because we are out on the roads most of the day. The space is basically just for sitting down to discuss schedules or look over license requirements. We have a couple of older cars that we use for the actual practice sessions. They are not new or flashy by any means, but they run well and they have the extra set of pedals for the instructor to keep things safe. Teaching people how to drive around here means dealing with some very narrow lanes and the occasional cow or cart blocking the path. It takes a lot of patience from both the teacher and the student. We started this little business because there was not really a place nearby for people to learn properly. Most of our students are locals who just need to get their license so they can get to work or help their families out. The desk in the office is usually buried under a pile of forms and maps. We are a very small team, just a few of us who know these local roads like the back of our hands. Sometimes the weather makes the lessons difficult, especially when the rain turns the side roads into mud, but we just make it work. It is honest, practical work. We do not make big promises; we just help people get comfortable behind the wheel.
