We are located at 785, right beside the Ramaswamy Super Marke in Colachel. Being next to a supermarket means there is always something going on nearby. Dennis Group isn't a huge conglomerate; we are just a local group trying to keep several things running at once. It can be a bit chaotic at times, managing different parts of the business from one spot. Colachel is a coastal town, so the air always has that salty feel to it. We’ve been here for years, and most people in the area know where we are. If you tell someone we are next to Ramaswamy’s, they know exactly where to go. We don't spend money on big advertisements. Our name comes from just being here day after day. Sometimes the office gets crowded with people coming in to talk about various projects. We handle things as they come. It’s not always organized perfectly, but the work gets done eventually. My family has been involved in this for a long time. We have seen Colachel change quite a bit over the decades. Despite the changes, we’ve stayed at 785. We like the community here. It’s the kind of place where you know your neighbors. Running a group of businesses means you never really have a day off, but we are used to that pace now. We don't try to be anything we aren't.
