Universal Enterprises

If you’ve ever been down Latouche Road, you know how crowded it is. Our shop is at No-78/38, right in the middle of all that chaos. Universal Enterprises has been part of this street’s landscape for quite a while now. The building is old, and the space inside is narrow, but we’ve managed to pack a lot into it. There are boxes stacked almost to the ceiling in some parts, and finding something specific usually requires knowing exactly which corner it was tucked into. It’s hot in the summer because the air doesn't move much between the tall buildings, so we usually have a few fans going at full blast. We deal with a lot of walk-in customers and people looking for specific parts or supplies. It’s noisy and dusty, and there’s always someone shouting over the traffic to get a point across. We don't have a back office or a lounge; everything happens right there on the shop floor or at the small counter near the front. We take pride in knowing our stock and being able to help out whoever walks through the door. It’s a bit of a scramble sometimes, especially on Monday mornings, but that’s just how Latouche Road is. We’ve grown used to the pace and the way business gets done here with a handshake and a lot of patience.
