U P Events

We operate out of 117/805 in the M Block of Kaka Deo, Kanpur. Kaka Deo is a busy place, especially with all the students and the coaching centers nearby. Our spot is a bit more tucked away from the main noise, but it’s still right in the middle of the 208025 area. U P Events isn't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who know how to put things together for a local gathering. Our office is usually cluttered with lists, schedules, and various bits of equipment that we need for our work. We don’t have a sleek showroom or anything like that. People usually come here to sit down on our plastic chairs and talk about what they need for their upcoming dates. We listen, take some notes, and then start making the calls to get things moving. Kanpur can be a tough city to navigate sometimes, especially when we are trying to move supplies from one place to another through the traffic, but we managed to figure it out over the years. We spend a lot of time on our feet or driving around the different blocks. Our workspace is practical and a bit messy, but that’s because we are always in the middle of a project. We don't use any scripts when we talk to people. We just say it like it is. It’s a lot of coordination and some late nights, but it’s the life we chose here.
