This place is in Kaka Deo, Kanpur, inside the Indra Deep Complex. We are on the first floor, flat number 103. It's an institute where we teach people about call centers and give some consultancy. Kaka Deo is full of students, so there's always a lot of energy around. Our office isn't very large, just a few rooms with desks and phones. We started this because we saw a lot of young people needing jobs but not knowing how to talk on the phone professionally. It’s not a fancy university, just a practical place to learn some skills. The complex itself is quite busy, and sometimes the lift doesn't work perfectly, so people just take the stairs. We spend most of our day talking to students or checking on how they are doing with their practice. We don't make big promises about guaranteed fortunes. It’s just about learning the work. Kanpur is a tough city for jobs sometimes, so we try to help out where we can. The address 117/N/47 is easy to find if you are familiar with the Kaka Deo area. We keep things simple here. No polished brochures or corporate talk. Just regular people trying to teach others how to get a foot in the door. The mornings are usually the busiest when the new batch arrives. We have a small kettle for tea in the corner. It's not much but it makes the place feel more like home for the students. We’re just trying to do something useful in Kaka Deo.
