Star Traders

Star Traders is tucked away at 83/141 J-2 in the Juhi area, specifically around Param Purwa. It’s a bit of a maze to get back here if you don’t know the turns and side streets. The neighborhood is a mix of small homes and little businesses, so there’s always some kind of noise or activity going on outside. Our place is small, just enough room for the current stock and a wooden desk to sit at. We started out with just a few items and have slowly added more things over the years. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you’ll often find one of us sitting out front on a stool when the weather is nice. We don't have any big signs or bright flashing lights to attract attention. Most of our customers are people from the area or folks who have been told about us by their friends. It can get pretty cramped inside when a new shipment arrives on a truck. We have to shuffle boxes around just to find a place to stand and work. The walls have plenty of marks from where we’ve accidentally bumped into them moving stuff, and the floor is a bit uneven, but it serves its purpose for what we do. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. It’s just a trading spot where we handle orders and talk to the neighbors. If the gate is open, we’re probably inside.
