Solution One Events

Our office is Flat No. 3 in the Prabhu Sadbhavna Apartment. We are in Arya Nagar, quite close to Vidanta Hospital. It’s a residential building, so it’s quiet most of the time, which is nice for getting work done. We handle event planning and coordination from this little flat. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of phone chargers. Kanpur can be a chaotic city, but Arya Nagar feels a bit more settled. We spend our days calling vendors and checking on arrangements. It’s a lot of logistical stuff that most people don’t think about. We don’t have a big storefront or a lobby. If you want to talk to us, you just come up to the flat. We are a small team and we’ve been working together for quite a while now. We don't try to sound like a big global firm. We’re just local people who know how to get things organized at Solution One Events. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait it out, but that’s just life here. We take things one day at a time and try to keep our clients happy without any big fuss. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. The rooms are a bit crowded with files and samples from past events. We keep the curtains drawn to keep the heat out during the summer months. It’s a simple setup, but it’s where all the actual planning happens. We know the local market and who to call for what.
