So, Siyaram Silk Mills, Mumbai is actually based out of 55, Deendayalnagar in Kanpur. It sounds a bit confusing because of the name, but this is where we do the work. Kanpur-208002 is home for us. The office is just a regular building in a residential-looking area. It's not a big industrial complex or anything like that. We have our small team here and we just get on with things. Deendayalnagar is a decent spot, fairly quiet most of the time compared to the center of the city. We spend our time managing the silk side of the business from these rooms. There's a lot of back and forth with suppliers and keeping track of what’s going where. We don't have any big flashy signs. Most of our neighbors probably don't even know exactly what we do in here. It’s just a workplace. We keep the kettle going and work through the piles of papers and samples. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we're too busy to bother with that right now. It’s a simple setup that works for us. We don’t need much else to keep the business running. Just some decent desk space and a good phone line. It’s an honest way to spend the day.
