Shi Durga Maa Foods Chemicals Pvt. Ltd is located at No. 123/119-A Pratap Ganj, right on Kalpi Road. It’s a busy spot with lots of trucks and traffic going past all day long. We’ve been operating from this building for quite a long time now. It’s a mix of an office and a storage space. We handle a lot of different products, so things are always moving in and out through the big doors at the side. It can get a bit dusty with all the activity on Kalpi Road, but we try to keep our area as tidy as possible. We are a small team of about ten people. Some of us have been here since the start and know the place inside out. We don’t have any fancy titles or corporate rules. Everyone just helps out with whatever needs doing, whether it’s checking invoices or moving boxes. We have a small desk near the front where we sit when we aren't in the back. There’s a tea stall just down the road that we go to every afternoon for a break. We don’t do any big promotions or ads. Most of our customers have been with us for years and they know our faces. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to run a honest business and make sure our orders go out on time. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills for us. We like the grit of Pratap Ganj.
