Our setup is at H.No. 94 in New Azad Nagar. We are really close to the X C Lent School—you can hear the kids during their break times from our front door. It’s a bit of a residential area, so we try to keep things quiet, but we have barrels and containers that sometimes make a bit of noise when we move them around. The building is just a simple house that we’ve converted for our needs. We handle various chemicals and supplies, so there’s always a faint smell of something industrial in the air, which we don't even notice anymore. Our days are spent checking inventory and talking to suppliers. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a place where we store the goods and manage the orders that come in. The school is the best landmark for finding us because everyone knows where it is. We have a small desk near the window where we do the billing. Sometimes the street gets crowded with parents picking up their children, so we plan our deliveries around those times. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure the containers are sealed and the orders are ready to go out. It’s steady work, and being in Azad Nagar makes us feel like part of the neighborhood rather than just a business. We just keep things moving and stay on top of the stock levels every week.
