Shamim Apparels Impex

Our place is at 88/576 in P. Nagar. It is a very busy neighborhood and finding our door can be a bit tricky if you do not know this part of P. Nagar well. We have been running Shamim Apparels Impex from this same spot for a long time. The building is a bit dusty and the walls could use some paint but it works for us. We have a lot of sewing machines running at the same time so it can get quite loud inside during the peak hours. Most of the day is spent checking the stitch work and making sure the boxes are ready for the transport trucks. The area is full of small businesses like ours so there is always a lot of activity on the street. We usually have lunch together on the big packing table once the morning rush is over. My father started this business and now my brothers and I handle the daily stuff. We deal with a lot of different people and sometimes it is stressful when the deadlines are close. But we have a good group of workers who have been with us for years. We don't really use computers for much except the basic bills. Most of our records are still kept in big notebooks. It is how we have always done it and it seems to work fine for what we need.
