S. S. Creation

S. S. Creation has been sitting here at No. 516 in Faithful Ganj Cantt for years. Most days it is just us doing the work and seeing who comes through the door. The building itself has seen better days, but it serves us well for what we do. If you walk past the main gate in the Cantt area, you will usually hear the sounds of the machines running. We started out small and stayed that way mostly because we like knowing everyone who stops by. It is not a fancy setup with bright lights or anything like that. We have some old desks, a few cupboards full of materials, and a ceiling fan that makes a bit too much noise in the summer. Faithful Ganj is a busy spot, especially in the mornings when people are heading to work. We usually open up early to get a head start before the heat really sets in. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit outside on the steps until it comes back. It is just the way things go around here. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty for photos. Our focus is just on the piles of work on the tables. Most of our neighbors know us by name, and we often share a cup of tea with the shopkeeper next door when things get quiet in the afternoon. We are just here doing our bit.
