Royale Tourist

You will find Royale Tourist right at 125/495/19, situated at Fatal Ganj Chowk in the Fazal Ganj area of Kanpur. We are directly opposite the Radha Krishna Mandir, which is a very easy landmark to find if you are coming from out of town. The office is not very fancy at all. We have some old posters of different cities on the walls that have been there since we opened. Most of our day is spent talking to drivers and making sure the cars are ready for the next trip. It gets quite loud outside because of the traffic at the chowk, so we often have to keep the door shut. We aren't a big corporate chain or anything like that. It is just a local business where we know most of our customers by their first names. Sometimes the computer takes a long time to start up, and we just sit and have a cup of tea while we wait. We handle all kinds of tourist bookings and local transport needs. The desk is always a bit of a mess with car keys and logbooks scattered around. We don't really have a polished way of doing things, we just focus on getting the job done. People come in, tell us their plans, and we see what we can arrange. It is a practical, everyday kind of place where we just keep things moving along.
