Freedom 4 Trip

Freedom 4 Trip is up on the second floor of A-32 on Express Road, right in the Ghanta Ghar area of Kanpur. We are located near the Central Bank ATM, which makes it easier for people to find the building. Being on the second floor means it is a little quieter than the street level, but you can still hear the city moving outside. It is a simple office setup where we do all our travel planning work. We have been at this Express Road location for a bit, and it works out well for us. There is nothing too formal about how we run things. We just sit at our desks and handle the bookings as they come in. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with brochures and papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. People come up the stairs to ask about holiday packages or just to get help with their travel routes. Ghanta Ghar is a busy landmark, so there are always people around. We just focus on getting the details right for whoever walks through the door. It is a small team here, and we just talk to customers like normal people. No fancy scripts or corporate talk. We stay busy with the phones and the computer, trying to keep track of different schedules and rates. It is just a regular local travel office doing its daily business in the heart of Kanpur.
