K. Travels

We are located in Shanti Nagar and have been running K. Travels from here for some time now. It’s a small office, mostly just a couple of desks and a lot of phone calls. We handle bookings and figure out routes for people who need to get from one place to another. Most of our work is done over the phone or when someone walks in from the street to ask about a trip. Shanti Nagar is a decent place to be based, pretty central for our drivers and for the people we serve. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to do things the old-fashioned way with a pen and a ledger. We don't have a fleet of luxury jets or anything, just reliable cars and people who know the roads well. Most mornings start with checking the schedules and making sure everyone is where they should be. It can get a bit chaotic during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go somewhere at the same time. We just take it one booking at a time. The office walls are a bit bare, maybe a calendar or two, but it’s where we get the work done. No big corporate goals here, just making sure the cars are clean and the passengers get to their stops. Sometimes we have tea while waiting for a driver to call back. It’s just our way of working.
