You can find Suntech Lifting Tools over in Kanpur, at No. 1024 in the B Block of Panki Swaraj Nagar. Panki is an industrial sort of area, so it’s not exactly pretty, but it’s where the work is. We deal with things like hoists, chains, and various tools used for lifting heavy loads. Our space is more of a workshop than a proper office. There are heavy chains hanging from hooks and crates of metal parts everywhere. It smells like machine oil and old iron in here. We spend a lot of time testing the tools to make sure they aren't going to break when someone uses them. It’s important because no one wants a heavy load falling on them. We are just a few guys who know how these tools work. We wear work boots and rugged clothes because the job is tough on gear. Sometimes it gets really hot in the summer, and we have to keep the big fans blowing just to breathe. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us because they need something moved and they know we have the tools for it. We’ve been in Panki for a good while and we’ve seen the area change, but our work stays pretty much the same. It’s solid, practical labor and we take it one day at a time, making sure the gear is ready for whatever heavy lifting comes next.
