Mukesh Hardware

Mukesh Hardware is located at House Nom- 107/33 in Chandra Nagar. We are quite close to Jarib Chowki, which is a landmark most people in this part of town know well. The shop isn't very big, but we have managed to cram a lot of stuff into the shelves over the years. You have to be careful walking through the aisles so you don't knock over a box of nails or a stack of pipes. I've been running this place for a long time, and I know where almost everything is hidden. If you need a specific bolt, I can usually find it even if it’s buried under something else. We don't have a website or any of that. People just come in because they know we are here. The shop smells like metal and oil, which is how a hardware store should be. Chandra Nagar is a decent place to work, though parking is always a headache for our customers. We stay open late most nights because that's when people realize they forgot something for their home repairs. It's just me and a couple of helpers. We aren't trying to beat the big stores. We just want to make sure the guy down the street can fix his sink. Sometimes we sit on the stools outside when it's quiet and just watch the traffic go by. It's a modest business, but it keeps us going and serves the local neighborhood folks every day.
