Palak Men

We are located in Viman Nagar, which is near Rama Devi and Harjinder Nagar in Kanpur. It is a simple shop for men to get a haircut or a shave. The area is quite residential, so most of our customers are just the people who live in the houses nearby. We have a couple of chairs and a small bench for waiting. There is a ceiling fan that stays on all day because the shop can get a bit stuffy. We keep our scissors, trimmers, and combs in a small drawer near the mirror. It is not a very fancy place, just a room with the necessary equipment. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow. Usually, the mornings are slow, and then things pick up in the evening when people come home from their jobs. We use the basic shaving creams and aftershaves that you can find anywhere. We don't spend much on advertising, we just have the name Palak Men on the door. It is a small operation, mostly just me working throughout the day. I keep a bucket for the used towels and a broom handy for the hair on the floor. It is just a regular part of the street where people stop by for a quick trim. We don't have any complicated menus, just the basic services that everyone needs to look a bit more presentable.
