Om Garments

Om Garments is located at No.C-383, right at the Mazae Wardi Chauraha. It is a lively spot because of the four-way intersection. There is always someone passing by, and we get a lot of foot traffic. We have racks of clothes and piles of fabric all over the shop. It is not the most organized place in the world, but we manage to find what our customers are looking for eventually. We do a lot of the stitching and repairs right here. You can usually hear the sewing machines humming in the background if you walk in during the day. We’ve been at this chauraha for quite a while now. The building is an older one, so the walls have some cracks and the paint is peeling a little, but it doesn’t bother us much. We aren't trying to be a high-end boutique or anything fancy. We just provide clothes that people can actually use. My wife handles a lot of the tailoring, and I take care of the customers and the supplies. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of helpers who have been with us for years. It’s a family-run kind of thing. Sometimes we get distracted talking to the regulars who come in just to say hello. We close up when the street lights come on, and then we do it all again the next day.
