New Shatabdi Bus Services Regd is located at Shop No -1, 126 1 Gandhi Gram Chakeri. If you know the Ramadevi Chauraha in Kanpur, you know exactly where we are. It’s one of the busiest intersections in the city. We are right by the Malik Guest House, which is a good landmark if you’re coming from a different part of town. Our office is quite simple. We deal with bus travel and registrations. Since we are in the 208007 area, we get a lot of travelers passing through. The Chauraha is always loud, and there’s always something happening outside the door. We don't have a big fancy waiting room or anything like that. It’s just a counter where we talk to passengers and sort out their tickets. The walls are covered with route maps and some old posters. It feels like a real part of the Chakeri neighborhood. We’ve been at this spot near the guest house for quite some time. It’s a lot of work keeping track of all the different buses and making sure people are on the right ones. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. People just find us because we are right there at the main crossing. It’s a bit rough around the edges, maybe a bit dusty from the road, but we keep the office open and help whoever walks in.
