Our shop is at No. 133/20 in M Block. It’s a straightforward clothing store where we keep a bit of everything for daily wear. We have shirts on one side and trousers on the other, with some sweaters tucked away in the back for when the weather gets cooler. The space is pretty basic. We don't have those fancy mannequins in the window or bright neon lights. Most of our customers are just people from the neighborhood who need something new for work or a local function. We spend a good part of the morning just organizing the racks because things tend to get messy when people are browsing through the sizes. We don't use a fancy computer system for the inventory; we just keep a notebook at the counter and write things down as they sell. Sometimes the delivery guy comes late and we have to stay an extra hour to get everything put away. The shop is small enough that we can manage it without much help. We like the quiet pace of the mornings before the afternoon rush starts. There isn't any big mission statement here. We just try to keep the shelves full and the floor clean. It’s a regular job for us and we like being part of the M Block community. Most days are pretty much the same, and that suits us just fine because we know what to expect when we open up.
