Kids Land Pre School

Kids Land Pre School is over in Kidwai Nagar in Kanpur. It’s a place for the very young ones to start their schooling. We have a small building that we’ve set up with lots of mats and colorful things for the children. Since it's a pre-school, it's mostly about getting them used to being away from home for a few hours. We spend a lot of time tieing shoelaces and helping with snacks. Kidwai Nagar is a residential area, so many of our kids live just a few streets away. Their parents drop them off on their way to work or the market. We aren't part of some big chain of schools. It’s just a local spot we run ourselves. The noise levels can get pretty high when everyone is singing or playing, but that’s normal for this age. We don't have a fancy office with a secretary. Usually, if a parent needs to talk to us, they just catch us at the gate during drop-off or pick-up. We try to keep things simple because that makes it easier for everyone. The rooms might be a little cluttered with toys and art projects, but the kids seem to like it that way. It’s just a modest little school in a busy part of Kanpur, doing what we can every day. We find that the families around here appreciate having a place like this nearby.
