Being located in 81/1 Gangaganj Colony means we are right in the heart of the local neighborhood here in Kanpur. This shop is where we spend most of our daylight hours dealing with all sorts of computer issues. We handle both sales and the service side of things. Panki is a busy area, and there is always someone coming in with a laptop that won't start or looking for a new keyboard. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. The office is simple, filled with cables and old monitors and tools. We try to keep things organized but when it gets busy, there are parts everywhere. It is a practical life. We drink a lot of tea while we work. Most of our day is spent looking at screens or inside a CPU case. We’ve seen the technology change over the years, but the basic problems stay the same. People just want their stuff to work so they can do their jobs. We don't use fancy words to explain things. We just tell you what’s wrong and how long it’ll take to fix. It’s a small operation here in Kanpur, and we like it that way. We know the neighbors and they know us. There is always something new to learn with every computer that comes through the door.
