Famous Tailors - The Fashion Lab

We are located over at 128/22 C Block in Kidwai Nagar. Kanpur is a big city but Kidwai Nagar feels like its own little world once you get used to it. Famous Tailors - The Fashion Lab is what we call the place, though most people just know us as the tailors on the corner. We spend most of our day behind the machines or measuring fabric. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. The shop isn't very large but we make the most of the space we have. We’ve got rolls of thread and fabric samples everywhere. Sometimes it looks a bit messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is. People come to us with all sorts of requests. Some want something simple fixed and others have a whole outfit in mind. We just listen and do our bit. Being in C Block means we see the same faces every day. It's nice to be part of the community here. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just focus on the clothes in front of us. If you're near the main market area, we aren't too far off. We've been at this address for a good while now. The name Fashion Lab was something we added later to sound a bit more modern, but we are still just local tailors at heart. We keep our prices as fair as we can for the neighbors.
