Equestrain Trendz

We are located at No. 6/31c Parvati Bagla Road in the Civil Lines area. It’s a nice part of town, relatively speaking. At Equestrain Trendz, we focus on gear for horses and riders. It’s a specific kind of work. We deal with a lot of leather and heavy-duty fabrics that can be tough on the fingers. You can usually smell the leather as soon as you walk in the door. We have some old workbenches that have seen better days, but they still work fine for what we do. The stitching has to be very strong, so we use heavy machines that make a deep thumping sound. It’s not like making regular clothes. We have to be careful with the metal bits, the buckles and rings. Sometimes the floor is covered in leather scraps by the end of the day. We try to sweep it up before we head home. Civil Lines is a bit quieter than the main market areas, which is nice when you need to concentrate on a tricky piece of saddlery. We’ve had some of the same people working here for years. They know exactly how much tension to put on the thread. We don't have a fancy showroom; we just have our workshop and a small area where we keep the finished items. It’s honest work, and we just take it day by day. The needles break sometimes, and we have to fix the machines, but we manage.
